The Problem
I run enterprise PMO operations. I'm responsible for implementing AI at scale across organisations and within PMO functions. Despite 15+ years in this work, I was drowning in content.

Who Built This
Over 15 years I've designed PMO processes from scratch, restructured individual PMOs, rebuilt enterprise PMO functions across multiple divisions, and currently oversee enterprise PMOs at scale.
I'm also an active AI practitioner. I work with AI daily — not as a casual user. I'm actively forging enterprise AI strategy and developing AI-powered ecosystems in organisations.

How It Works
SmartPMO.ai runs an automated AI pipeline daily. It scans hundreds of sources, scores every article for PMO relevance, and surfaces the ones worth your time.
The engine processes RSS feeds, news APIs, and targeted searches. AI models evaluate each article for PMO applicability — both direct mentions and inferred relevance. The highest-scoring articles are enriched with summaries and categorisation, then published to the site.
